WHAT IS SHAKEN NOT STIRRED COCKTAIL CLUB?

Shaken Not Stirred Cocktail Club is a monthly subscription box for cocktails. Each box includes all of the ingredients for a wonderful homemade cocktail (other than the alcohol). We provide items such as homemade syrups, juice, bitters, dehydrated fruit and more to create bar-quality drinks for yourself and anyone you’d like to show off to!

WHAT WILL COME IN MY COCKTAIL BOX?

It's a surprise! Each month, you'll receive a curated selection of 4-6 high-quality ingredients tailored to your chosen spirit: Vodka, Gin, Tequila, or Bourbon. Want to try them all? You can easily switch spirits each month to explore a world of new, tasty, and on-trend cocktails!

Here's what you can expect in every box:

• Premium Ingredients: We source top-shelf ingredients, from syrups and garnishes to bitters and mixers, to ensure you craft delicious cocktails at home.
• Recipe Cards: Unleash your inner mixologist with two unique and exciting recipe cards included in each box. Each box yields four delicious servings per recipe. But here's the kicker – founding members get a special upgrade for life! Their boxes will include an additional serving of each recipe forever, sign up before it's too late!
• Surprise and Delight: We love keeping things interesting! Expect to discover new flavor combinations and explore the world of mixology with each box.

WHEN WILL MY COCKTAIL BOX SHIP?

We begin to assemble and ship each month's cocktail boxes on the first Monday of the month, and shipping continues throughout that week. Signing up in any given month will ensure your first box ships during the following month (e.g., if you place your order in the month of July and take no further action, your box will ship out the week of the first Monday in August).

HOW OFTEN WILL I GET MY COCKTAIL BOX?

Once a month for as many months as your taste buds desire. Your subscription will automatically renew, but you're in complete control. Want to skip a month or cancel entirely? No problem! Just head to "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" in your account before the 15th of the month. Feeling adventurous? Switch your spirit selection each month the same way at no extra cost! WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At the moment, we ship exclusively to the United States. Free shipping is available on all US orders. We're working on expanding to other regions, so stay tuned for updates!

WHAT IS THE BILLING SCHEDULE?

When you purchase your initial cocktail box, your card will be charged immediately. Once subscribed, you will then be re-billed on the 15th of the month of your renewal. If you do not skip or cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month, your order will be processed. If you would like to change the day on which you renew, please contact us at info@shakennotstirredcocktailclub.com.

Is alcohol included in the box? Why not? 

We do not include alcohol in our subscription boxes for several reasons:

• Shipping alcohol is prohibited in many states within the US, ensuring inclusivity for all subscribers.
• Delivery of alcohol requires a recipient aged 21 or older to sign, potentially causing shipment delays.
• 750ml bottle of alcohol would occupy significant space, limiting the assortment of cocktails we can offer.
• Excluding alcohol allows us to prioritize curating unique syrups, bitters, and mixers that are distinctive and less readily available.
• You have the flexibility to select your preferred brand of alcohol, enabling customization of the box to suit your personal taste and budget, with no additional charges from us.

How do I stay up to date? 

To stay informed, we unveil each upcoming box through our website, official social media channels, and email newsletter. Anticipate these announcements to be made one month prior to the box shipping—for instance, January's box will be announced at the start of December, February's at the beginning of January, and so forth.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are entirely covered for our customers within the US. We appreciate your support!

What if I can't be there to receive my box? 

If you're unable to receive your box, rest assured that no signature is required upon delivery. Your box will be left by your mail carrier at its usual delivery location for small packages. We recommend refrigerating boxes containing perishable items promptly upon receipt. If you expect to be away for an extended period after delivery, we recommend updating your shipping address to ensure someone can receive and store your box for you.

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we exclusively ship to the 50 US states and territories (areas served by US postal services). We are actively exploring international shipping options. Stay informed by following our social media channels or subscribing to our mailing list to receive the latest updates on international shipping availability!

How can I gift a box if I have already started my subscription?

You can gift a box for a loved one or friend by purchasing an additional one within your account. Simply input the recipient's address at checkout. Enjoy spreading the cocktail love!

Can I and How do I swap my box?

Absolutely! Swapping your box allows you to explore new cocktail experiences with a different spirit each month, all at no extra cost. Here's how to do it:

1. Visit your account page and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions."
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" again.
3. Look for the button near the bottom that says "Swap this product for another."

Can I skip a month but keep my subscription?

Yes, you can definitely skip a month and keep your subscription going. To skip a month, simply visit your account page and press "Manage Subscription". You'll resume receiving boxes the following month.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reoccurring subscription at any time, however, all subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th of the month, so you must cancel before the 15th as our system will automatically process the charge for the upcoming month. To manage your subscription, including options to swap your box, skip a month, or cancel, please visit your account page and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions". Once there you will need to press "Manage Subscriptions" again and the cancellation button will be located at the bottom of the page.
