The following terms are applicable for any products purchased from Shaken Not Stirred Cocktail Club, LLC.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Shaken Not Stirred Cocktail Club LLC, 2966 Gray Street, Oakton, VA, 22124, United States.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Shaken Not Stirred Cocktail Club, accessible from
    https://www.shakennotstirredcocktailclub.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND RIGHTS FOR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BOXES.

Subscription boxes are not eligible for returns due to safety reasons. 

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT OR EMAILING US AT INFO@SHAKENNOTSTIRREDCOCKTAILCLUB.COM AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS, IF ANY, WE PROVIDE YOU IN RESPONSE TO YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST. THE CANCELLATION OF A BOX SHIPMENT MUST BE MADE 1 BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING DATE REFLECTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LESS THAN 1 BUSINESS DAY BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.  INSTEAD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF THE NEXT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS PERIOD FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID (AT WHICH TIME, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CANCEL). IF YOU CANCEL A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE ALL OF YOUR BOXES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.  SHAKEN NOT STIRRED COCKTAIL CLUB MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE SHAKEN NOT STIRRED COCKTAIL CLUB REASONABLY COULD ACT.
